Lorissa S. Baboolal has over three years of experience in marketing and client service support.
At FPCM, Ms. Baboolal works directly with the client team supporting activities related to new client acquisition and the servicing of existing clients. Ms. Baboolal has responsibility for management of the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and external reporting databases.
Ms. Baboolal oversees production of FPCM’s regularly published markets commentary and periodic white papers, and works closely with AIG Digital Governance team to maintain the FPCM website.
Prior to joining FPCM, Ms. Baboolal worked within luxury designer Anya Hindmarch’s sales team supporting managers in New York and London. In this role, she produced reports and analysis vs target based on performance of the current collection.
Preceding her time at Anya Hindmarch, Ms. Baboolal held positions at several global retail brands, focusing on customer service and sales.
Ms. Baboolal graduated from The City College of New York with a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Economics.
